Current profiling and wave measurement.

Rowe Technologies, Inc. designs, develops and manufactures Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCP) and Doppler Velocity Loggers (DVL) for applications in oceans, lakes and rivers.

Rowe Technologies Inc. products blend the most established and modern acoustic Doppler sonar technologies into a broad and versatile product line of high-performance sonars, for current profile and vehicle bottom velocity measurements.

Ask us why ROMOR recommends ROWE.

Rowe is an industry leader that is maintaining a strong reputation for its innovative and creative solutions. ROMOR has supplied numerous systems for client projects over the past 36 months and the feedback continues to be excellent.

SeaWATCH ADCP’s are well suited for deployments on buoys, moorings, or sea-floor structures.

SeaWATCH ADCP buoy mountedThe SeaWATCH self-contained Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) is available with up to (2) 440 Watt-Hr or (1) 2100 Watt-Hr Lithium internal battery packs integrated in 300 to 6000-meter depth rated capsules, and operating at frequencies of 300, 600, and 1200 kHz

Water Profile ranges from 0.08m to 150m
Bottom Track ranges from 0.3m to 300m

The SeaWATCH ADCP’s are well suited for a variety of coastal and offshore oceanographic applications including meteorological and wave data acquisition, environmental management, coastal engineering site assessment, and oil/gas exploration and drilling. Rowe systems are easily deployed on buoys, moorings, or sea-floor structures.

SeaPROFILER

SeaProfiler by RoweSeaPROFILER ADCP’s are designed for real-time current profiling applications.
The SeaPROFILER direct-reading Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) is a cable powered, real-time system and integrated in 300m to 6000-meter depth rated capsules, and operating at frequencies of 300, 600, and 1200 kHz.

Water Profile ranges from 0.08m to 150m
Bottom Track ranges from 0.3m to 300m

The SeaPROFILER ADCP’s are well suited for real-time current profiling applications such as coastal monitoring, where a bottom- mounted or surface-deployed configuration is used with a hard-wired communications and power source. The ability for the SeaPROFILER to also track the bottom allows it to be used in moving boat applications as well.

SeaWave by ROWE

The SeaWAVE self-contained or direct-reading Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) simultaneously measures wave spectra, wave direction, and complete current profiles. Available in 300 kHz, 600 kHz, and 1200 kHz models, the SeaWAVE is adaptable to differing coastal environments.

The SeaWAVE uses both a vertical beam and a pressure sensor to accurately measure range to the surface. The vertical beam functions similar to an inverted echo sounder providing more accurate, higher frequency wave measurements.

SeaTrak by ROWE

The SeaTRAK HF ADCP’s are well-suited for a variety of coastal and continental shelf oceanographic applications such as current surveys, plume tracking, renewable energy site surveys, coastal engineering and port/harbor verification studies. Rowe systems are easily integrated into the shipboard environment or long-term vessel operations.
